Professional Bio
A native of Walton County, Joy has been with Synovus (originally National Bank of Walton County) since 1999 and has served in multiple roles in both retail and commercial banking primarily in our Monroe and Loganville locations. She is currently serving as Retail Market Manager at our Loganville location. For her, banking is about building relationships, giving back to our local communities with our time and investing in the local markets we serve.
A 2013 graduate of retail Banking School, she and her husband live in Walnut Grove with their youngest daughter. Her eldest daughter is married and had her 1st child in June. Joy enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
She has been an active member of the Walton County Chamber of Commerce, serving on several committees and a graduate of the 2018 Leadership Walton Class. Joy is currently active in her church, volunteering at the FISH, and teaching financial educations classes to local veterans thru Operation Rally Point.
