Ben McDaniel is the Vice President of the Development Authority of Walton County, where he is committed to enhancing the county’s quality of life through the attraction of high-quality jobs and strategic industrial investment. With a passion for fostering economic growth, Ben collaborates with local leaders, businesses, and stakeholders to create a thriving environment for both existing companies and new investments.

Ben is a 2019 graduate of the Georgia Academy for Economic Development and he earned his certification as a Georgia Certified Economic Developer in 2023. His dedication to professional growth and community impact drives his efforts in advancing Walton County’s economic landscape.

Beyond his role, Ben is actively involved in community service. His previous leadership roles include:
