Tapp Plumbing was started in 2008 due to necessity of a down turn in the economy. Prior to that we were simply known as Joe & Renee. TAPP stands for our children Tony, Austin, Paige Park, which ironically works well with the plumbing industry. Joe is a second generation plumber who I say tricked me into coming to work with him 20 years ago now. I felt this is where God really wanted me even though I really didn't understand why at the time. A woman in a man's job especially plumbing really is unheard of. The first 10 years we did new construction which taught me how to build drain and water line systems in residential homes. I liked learning this, however when we started our service company I realized why I had been learning construction plumbing , it actually made me better service plumber allowing me to help our clients over the phone so that they can help themselves on the small stuff. This is one of the things that set us apart from other plumbing companies. I love my job now! I always say with God you live life forward and understand it backwards. We now have a beautiful granddaughter I get to take care of so my time on site is limited now but I still go out when needed and I answer the phone and help you if I can.
