Organization Overview
The Leach House 🏠💕. This original farmhouse will not disappoint! Character and charm are busting at the seams! Professionally designed and decorated by Stephanie Cannon Creative ( stephaniecannoncreative.com ), only the best for this historical gem. Renovated in 2024 by returning to its original layout, you will be comfortable and create special memories to treasure forever. Home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath and will sleep 8. Sleeping areas: Master bedroom (king size). bedroom 2 (2 full beds). bedroom 3 (2 twin beds).
There is a 2nd rental (The Napping House) on the property that will sleep 2 adults & 2 kids. If both homes are rented a total of 12 people can stay.
The Napping House 🏡💕. Again designed & decorated by Stephanie Cannon Creative ( stephaniecannoncreative.com ). Home was originally built in the 1800s. In order to make this home liveable we had to completely renovate but in doing this we tried to preserve as much character as possible. Styles chosen throughout were common in late 1800s to early 1900s. All interior wood is reclaimed and wood walls come from an old cotton mill from south Ga. Beside the French doors you can see the original foundation beams used when the house was built, notice the axe marks. You’ll notice the well (covered/secured) on the back porch and you’ll see the smoke house behind the property. Doors are original to home and you’ll see the rocks that served as the homes foundation for more than a century. This home can access a washer / dryer on exterior porch closet of white home if necessary. This home does not have a dishwasher but has all other modern comforts to help your stay be enjoyable. Sleeping areas: Master loft (queen size) & living room (pull out sofa bed, double).
